Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.
This year has been a true blessing for me as the host of The Automotive Edge
Radio Show, more listeners than ever contacted me for their automotive needs.
One thing I have never done as a talk show host is to look at my ratings as too
see where I am in the "standings" rather I look at how many people I was able to
serve. My Christmas stocking has already been filled with the wonderful emails I
receive regularly, the warm greetings at my live remotes and most of all the
donations so many have given to help our "adopt a teacher program" and our cars
for single moms. Even when times are tough you the listeners have shined!

Is the CLEARANCE SALE really a sale?
As the end of the year winds down and the shopping frenzy for cars takes off be
sure to look at two thing. First is your buyers order and make sure that your
only paying for state fees and the price of the car unless you added something
to the car. There are a lot of buyers order that add Dealer Fees, Dealer
Services, Dealer Ad-Ons, somewhere in the buyers order that looks as though its
a something you must pay. Read carefully and make sure you don't pay these fees
that can really add up. Second make sure in the Finance office you really slow
down and read your contract to make sure any products you didn't ask for is not
your FINAL CONTRACT. Having me involved or taking the time to read everything
can make it a real "end of the year clearance" purchase or lease.

New Designs New Technology can really cost you
a lot !
There is still that rush to own the first one, that Limited Edition when it
comes to buying cars and trucks "get-em while their hot". This can really cost
you when it comes time to trade the vehicle in. So many times in my career have
I heard people say "do you know what I paid for that?" Before you pay all that
take a look at leasing, that way it is easier to change when that next urge,
need or life style change arrives. If I were you WAIT just a few months and they
will almost always be plentiful. There were several cars this year that became a
must own and the ones I tried to work with were on the average 8,000.00 upside
down. Remember to contact me first, then lets and look at the amount of production on
that particular vehicle and go from there.
